Accepted posters will be displayed in 3 poster sessions. The presenters are supposed to present their poster during their poster session. However, they can put up their posters in the morning of the day of the presentation and leave them on the display until poster session i.e. 6:00 PM. The exact date of the individual sessions will be given in the program.

The size of the available poster panel will be 4 feet wide x 6 feet tall. The poster should be easily readable at a distance of about 2 meters. Proper mounting items will be provided at the site. For each accepted posters, there will be one poster panel reserved. Poster numbers will be clearly marked on each poster panel according to the poster no. provided in the proceeding.
